Delays in communication or delivery of required materials may affect project timelines.

• All services require agreed payment terms before or during project execution
• Payments may be made via platforms such as Payoneer or Wise
• Project work may be paused or stopped if payment terms are not met

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

• Upon full payment, final project deliverables are transferred to the client
• DigitalWharf retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• All pre-existing tools, code libraries, and frameworks remain the property of DigitalWharf or their respective owners

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project data.

• Client data will not be shared without permission
• All project-related information is used strictly for service delivery

Our services may include or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or integrations.

DigitalWharf is not responsible for

• Changes in third-party services
• Downtime or issues caused by external platforms

DigitalWharf shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

• Revisions are provided based on the agreed scope

• Pause projects due to non-payment or lack of communication

Clients may also terminate the project, but payments made are non-refundable for completed work.
